Dr. Rouf has written on diverse healthcare topics and published regularly on LinkedIn. Some of the topics include payer-provider partnership, value-based care, AI solutions in the primary care, automation in utilization management, and physician burnout. 
Dr. Rouf started a newsletter in LinkedIn called, Medicine & Society, which has more than 1000 active subscribers in LinkedIn. He covered concepts that intersect medicine, health care policy and finance.
My core competencies include transforming healthcare delivery, implementing value-based care, and optimizing managed care operations. I have successfully led and executed high-impact projects and initiatives on clinical quality improvement, care variation reduction, care delivery transformation, payer-provider collaboration, population health, and benefit design. I am a board-certified internist with an MBA degree and a fellowship in general internal medicine. I have published multiple peer-reviewed articles and given talks on topics such as utilization management, physician well-being, hypertension, and electronic health records. I am driven by a mission to improve the health and well-being of patients and communities by partnering with clinicians, payers, and policymakers.
